Original Carpet was removed and a new moisture/weather barrier was put down and covered with new vinyl wood style planks, It smells great and is VERY dry in there, Cabinets in the back of the bedroom were removed, Custom Single Bed (but the trailer can sleep as many as you can fit).
Everything works and SMELLS great (the reason I mention smell is because when we were looking for an RV, you wouldn"t believe the odors in some of them- mold, mildew, farty sewer smells, 10 years of stale cigarette odors, pet pee and poo odors as well as chew damage, you name it!)! Newer tires! Currently has a custom single bed, but can be converted to queen.
The 5th wheel is sold as-is and priced far below the low-end of retail value for a model with these upgrades in order to sell quickly, and to compensate for no furniture.
