Up for auction is my 2003 Glendale Titanium 5th Wheel RV / Camper / Travel Trailer. This RV is a 4 season unit with central heat and air conditioning, tinted, solar reflective windows and in great condition! It"s perfect for use as your weekend get-away home at the lake, a place to stay for your visiting friends and relatives or to take along on your next vacation.
This unit features 3 skylights/screened vents, a front master bedroom with 60" x 80" queen size bed with plenty of under bed storage and LOTS of cabinet space, smart TV, a bathroom with toilet, full bathtub/shower and with separate area with sink/vanity/cabinet with large mirror, kitchen with four chairs, microwave with turntable and built-in range hood, light and exhaust fan, 3 burner stove with oven, large refrigerator with separate upper freezer, dining table, a sleeper sofa, 2 lounge chairs, entertainment center with flat screen stereo TV and AM/FM/CD stereo system with inside and outside speakers and built-in central vacuum cleaner system. Has raised panel oak kitchen cabinets with a very large pantry. Oak flooring in the living/dining room areas with a large picture window in rear of the RV. Unit has day/night shades throughout. Storage is never a problem in this unit! A brand new awning was installed in 2017 and new folding shower curtain in 2018. Never used. Has aluminum wheels and outside shower. RV is currently at Table Rock RV and Campground. Campground has a dock available for daily rental for your boat.
