Vehicle description
We are selling our Glendale Titanium camper. My wife and I are the second owners, we personally knew the first. What we didn"t know is how great these Titaniums are. It tows like a dream and many times I had to remind myself that a trailer is behind me! We have owned it for the last 8 years. I will try to cover as many details as I can in a listing but also let the pictures do the talking. Any questions please ask before you purchase. The trailer is built as well as any out there. It is quiet inside and very comfortable. The glass is something that they offered with a reflective exterior to help ease AC load. Very private. Dual fuel hot water heater. Two stage cooling and heating. Nice not to hear them roaring all night when temp is reached. What it needs if I were keeping it: Roof needs to be treated with the white roof coating. Just maintenance. I don"t climb anymore. Fantastic vent in master bedroom works but motor drive to open hatch does not. I would just replace entire thing and start new. Rear ladder needs repair or just replace. It was hit ( very slightly) in a camp ground and bent sideways. They are not that strong. Again, I would just add aftermarket one, probably better anyway.Gray tank pull handle is loose. Prob. needs new one. Black is fine. Single window on right side rear has allowed some water to come inside. No smell, just edge of carpet will get damp in heavy rain. Damp no more than 1 inch in. I guess it needs to be silicone in or sealed. Beyond me. Again, ask for more pics if I can help but I imagine a personal visit really is the best . It will probably need a new battery. Only has one. Finally the price. If you do a search, you will see that this is one of the less expensive Titaniums out there. I realize that it needs some work but not major work. I can"t do it anymore. I have a "make offer" provision on listing. I will entertain good strong offers and delete low balls. I do not need to sell. If you are experienced camping or just new to hobby, it will serve you well and you will be miles ahead of your friends who just spent 37,000 for a camper not half as nice. Thanks for looking, I appreciate it.
