This is a 2006 Glendale Titanium model number 28E33DS. I have just finished a complete remodel on it. New flooring throughout, new carpet, knockdown texture on all of the walls and ceilings, window blinds, completely repainted, new light fixtures, completely weatherized. Too much to list. This trailer has 2 big sliders, a double deep stainless steel sink in the kitchen, central heat and air, a central vacuum system, large refrigerator and freezer, full size corner shower, a full size sliding glass and screen doors, high ceilings throughout, built in speaker system and much more. The upgrades are; 10 gallon water heater (you can take a 30 minute shower and not run out of hot water), a high watt solar panel system, a reverse osmosis water system and electric leveling legs. The trailer measures 33" long x 10" 7" wide (with the sliders out) x 12" tall.
It is perfect for a place to live on your property or to use on the open road. One thing is for sure, this trailer is more like a home than a RV! In 2006 it retailed for $51,000. Wholesale price is $11,384 and retail price is just shy of $16,000. In 5 years it will still be a $15,000 trailer.
