We are selling this project RV. We bought it in September and were going to remodel the interior. The roof leaked and the interior including the headliner and left wall will likely need to be replaced. The previous owner said they resealed the roof but I would probably redo it prior to remodel. The hardwood floor is nice but the carpet needs replaced. The frame is a V10 ford with 25000 miles and it runs good. We drove it 300 miles back to Memphis without any problems. Couple mechanical things the fuel gauge does not work. The jack alarm is going off even though the jacks are up, One jack has a broken spring. The stair motor is disconnected from the arm because the motor is not working properly. The generator is OMAN 5000 starts and runs well. The appliances are all there and work and have seen little use. Propane tanks, water pumps all work. I need it out of the way for other projects. It may need some suspension work because it sways a great deal. I don"t know if they all do this but when trucks pass on the interstate it rocks pretty good. It is for sell locally and may end without notice. I am selling cheap because I need it gone and it will need a lot of interior work to make it right. If it were in great condition it would be a 10 to 12 grand rig. Offers are welcome, but no low balls please. Sold as is and where is.
