I am selling my dear motorhome because I no longer need it. I purchased it in San Diego,CA for the purpose of driving it to Oregon and living in it while I got settled in. There were no problems during the trip; it has semi new tires, recent service in the transmission and brakes and roof sealing before the trip. Everything works perfectly. No leaks. I have lived in it for 6 months and it was perfect! But it does have 20 years of life, so it has some details , some average wear and tear and normail use as all motorhome of this age do, like it has lost a little paint on the outside, may needs new curtains in the bedroom. etc small details that do not affect the operation of this motorhome.
