1996 Newmar Mountain Aire.
Runs on the Trajon Chassis with the v8 ford 460. Under warranty the factory paid for a new motor at 40k miles. The same interior remained in the Dutch Star Line until 2004! ! Very modern looking 1996.
Runs Great, good power, no odors. We have kept her up and clean all her life. Cost of $135k new.
Will give away for $13,000.00 pictures on street are from 9 months ago, rig shines up very nicely. Leveling works.
Will come with 150 pounds of lithium House batteries : - ) and an optima blue top for the starting of the engine and and generator. Room and Board couch stays cost over 2600. We do not have the original sleep or the dinette set, we used much nicer furniture because of the space available inside this giant Motor Home. Pictures show me using a tool chest, those two pieces are no longer inside the motor home. Huge space nearly anything you can think of will fit. Very impressed by room and board couch fitting. It is one of my favorite and comfortable couches I have ever owned.
Generator maintained well. At 600 hrs did major service, less then 16 months ago. We really enjoyed her. She is being sold because we only ended up cleaning, dusting and washing her all 2017 and we do not see ourselves having the time to do so in 2018. Registration paid through January 2018, will renew in January if not sold by then.
I will have a California smog check performed prior to transfer. Rig will only be filled to the 1/2 tank mark of 91 octane gas, only fuel type I use on vehicles I have title to.
I have checked all systems, furnace works, water tanks hold without leak, no sewage in rig in over 16 months no odor, always maintained. In 2015 we redid bathroom because Sewage line went bad. New hard wood floors installed and new sewage line and epoxied tanks at same time.
We never taught we would see a need to sell her. But with the current surge in rv users I feel someone will have. A lot of fun with this rig.
Auto leveling systems work, The main ac which comes from the engine does not blow cold, and ac unit one is not blowing cold.
These two issues, would need to be addressed by new owner, I can not make this any sweeter. Leaving over $1000 worth of batteries bought new in 2016. All appliance work Lp tank has held Lp for over 12months without leaking.
This rig is ready to go camping as is.
For a small fee I can deliver, drive the rig within 500 miles of 93243. I am not letting her go for less then $13000. Deposit due by PayPal within 48 hrs and remainder must be wired within 7 days. I can store for free for 30 days and at $100 per month after the first 30days. In case your an out of town buyer, snow bunny etc.
as great condition as she is in. the new owner will be making this their own. i know this because i love cars trucks and toys of all kinds. even when i buy a brand new yamaha dirt bike, i buy new parts and accessories to make it my own. this is the same thing. we are talking about a 40" bus here. she requires attention like any vehicle or home. but this is both. we have used her seldomly and at a great cost per mile. I have purchased things from a great distance, and i have learned that i hate and despise liars. I have nothing to hide, i will not hide anything and will have a smog check and title ready to go, the vehicle is road worthy and i can deliver unto 500 miles away from here. I have no issues with driving her that far, or further. she has never been lived in, rented out or wrecked. true survivor. i purchased her from the original owner back in 2014, the owner was then in his 80s, purchased her at 47k miles, paid 16k cash and had her (gold) vinyls painted over with gold paint, shinny. Rebuilt bathroom, and over all spent about 21500. will sacrifice for $13000.00.
