Up for consideration is this fantastic 5th. Wheel RV Camper, Trailer. 2003–Clear Title 32’ Newmar, American Star Model, 32FSRE Central Air & Heat w/ central thermostat Propane water heater 2 Automatic Slides (Kitchen & Living Room) Electric Celing Vent Ceiling Fan Propane/Electric Refrigerator Propane stove & oven Microwave CD stereo/TV/dvd player/TV antenna Dual Pane windows Carpet & vinyl flooring Fully stand up shower Private toilet area This camper has been permanently sighted at a private campground since 2006. It has been on the same lot year round, winterized every October & re-opened and spring cleaned every April. It has not been hauled from campground to campground at all. We had a permanent, aluminum awning attached to the camper while at the campsight, so I do not have an awning. I bought it as it stood on the sight and used it for the past 10 years there. I gave up my cherished campsite this year only because we bought a house near the campsite and no longer need the camper. It has been located at Arrowhead Campground on Lake Shelbyville in FIndlay, IL.
When you enter the camper, you enter into the living room, with 2 full-size reclining chairs to your left. The couch pulls out to a sleeper bed next to the kitchen table. This is the first slide out. To the right is the kitchen, complete with all the amenities listed above. This is the second slide out. Two steps up is the bedroom with a camper queen size bed. In this room is the vanity, sink, cabinet and full-size, walk-in shower (not one of those cramped, mini stalls we all know about). The toilet is to the left and has a private sliding door. The bedroom has a sliding door, as well to separate from the living room.

My wife and I raised our three children at this campground in this and one other camper. Our kids are grown, in college and it’s time for another family to enjoy the same experiences and memories as we have made. It is a life-long experience. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.
