Older camper, has newer water heater, roof repaired in back new flooring, joist, floor boards, flooring behind rear wheels Roof area in this section was also repaired replacing all damaged wood(done two years ago). area under kitchen sink is soft . front door has newer skin that is screwed in I lost the outside shell and it had to be repaired. some of the leaf springs are broken. I hauled it home with the leaf spring damage from Colorado last year with no problems. It pulls good. the microwave doesn"t heat anymore. Over all its a pretty good camper Im selling it because I bought a cabin so I don"t need it anymore. It is over 20 years old so its not near perfect. But has been well maintained.
