Good condition, 33 ft long, has 460 Ford engine, 57,000 miles on it new water heater that can be gas or electric. Motor and generator runs great. Great fridge and microwave. We have taken a vacation in it every year. It does have some water stains where water blew in during a storm while on the road a while back. Roof has been resealed. No further issues with that since. Plenty of storage. 2 tv"s, twin beds in back, couch makes a bed. It has a recliner. It has 2 great working ac"s blows very cold air. Dash air works also. Central heat works great also. Jacks need work.
