Vehicle description
*Update* Tires seem to be holding air so you could tow the RV out and get it on a flat bed semi. Price drop, message me with offers.
Selling AS IS this RV will need work just to get it off the property. Please read this very carefully I will start with the bad stuff so as not to waste anyone"s time that is not looking for a project.
THE BAD: Needs tires all around. It is a dually so that"s 6 tires total (8R19.5) and when I say it needs them I mean you will need to show up with the tires and have them mounted. There is a guy locally that can do this for a fee and has tires on hand. So to even tow it away you will need at least 2 good tires in the rear unless you plan on putting it on a Semi. Tires are sun cracked and in no condition for even a little drive so do not expect to try. The engine is a strong Chevy 454 with around 85,000 miles on it however it will not stay running. I can get it to fire by spraying starting fluid in the Carb so it DOES fire. I put in a fresh fuel filter so I believe it is the fuel pump. I can not put any more time or money into it as I am moving. Those are the main issues keeping it from driving away. Other things can be seen in the photos but Ill list a few. There is rust on the underside, I never used the propain so not sure if it works or just needs serviced, headliner is sagging, there is some water staining on the walls, some lights work some do not, stains on the couch, water damage in a few areas, rear ac does not function and the driver door is plexi glass that is duct taped shut from when I broke it trying to pull it up with pliers and never found reasonable glass to replace it.
THE GOOD: Title in hand, 3 new batteries, fresh oil change and filter, new fuel filter, strong 454 with only 85,000 on it, strong drive train axles are good, body is straight no wrecks, glass is good no cracks, washer/dryer combo, front ac works, wood interior is in fair condition considering the age, queen size bed, fridge works and has been kept clean no mold, Onan Generator as seen in picture that needs serviced but worked fine before it sat, shower and lavatory work and overall would be a great project base to start with. The price reflects the remaining "good" parts.
THE HISTORY: I purchased this Rig off of in 2009. Picked it up in Dallas and drove it to Ohio and loaded it up. From Ohio I went to Seattle for a while, then L.A. before ending up in San Diego where it is now. I lived in it full time for over 3 years very comfortably. I parked it in the back yard of the place I"m renting now and it has been there ever since being used as a guest house and storage. Never had the extra $2,000 for tires so she sat. I had plans of completely redoing it but California has managed to keep me from having any extra cash. So she must go. I am still trying to get it to run so I will add updates if needed. Cash in hand please. Thank you for your interest and time.
