Very nice 31 ft CORSAIR camper Big tip out addition in living area NO RESERVE HIGH BIDDER TAKES IT HOME
This is a great camper Perfect for extra room or an in law suite or to roll across the country. The tip out addition really makes it big and roomy. The layout as follows. . Big living area with couch in the front then moving toward rear of trailer the kithen with a dinette table, next is the extra large bathroom with full shower, and built in dressers and storage between bath and the master bedroom. Plenty of cabinets for storage Sorry I dont have any pics if inside with tip out addition in place. In fact the pictures are not the best. My son took them and without the addition tipped out they dont really give a good view of camper. We were not able to clean the outside or straighten up inside either. It really is a nice trailer and will clean up nicely. Nice big master bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and closet and drawers /cabinets for storage Nice size bathroom with an large tub/ shower Big tip out in the kitchen/living area
Nice fold out dinette table and a big couch across the front of camper Camper has AC and heat, hot water, large propane tanks a nice big awning, and all was working when we picked it up Big awning There some plates, glass wear, kitchen utensils and supplies in the drawers and cabinets. Plenty of cabinets and counter space in the kitchen with a nice stove and oven, big full size fridge, sink and microwave Some outside pictures are from the campground where the camper sat for many years. Most are of where camper is stored now. PLEASE SEE ALL OF THE PICTURES! It"s nice inside and very cozy
Floors and ceiling are in very good shape, cushions are nice and all very presentable NO RESERVE High bidder gets it !

It"s not perfect but was well cared for and still nice Expect some cleaning and some minor maintenance, minor repairs but its ready to go camping or park where you need it Most of the windows and latches, emergency exits, most screens etc. are in good condition Trailer tows nicely. Frame is very solid Axle and springs are in good shape. Tires are roadable, rims are good and bearings have been checked. I pulled it about 25 miles recently with no problems.
I towed it 25 miles recently with no problems and would not hesitate to tow it anywhere, any distance with a spare tire I used temporary lights to tow it home and new owner should plan to do same. I don"t know if the towing lights work. You can get lights at Lowes, walmart and most auto parts stores. Youll also need 2 extenders for the wires or wire to make an extender. Title provided upon full payment and pick up of camper
