Nice camper in usable condition with plenty of room. Starting in the back of camper is the bunk room with 4 bunks for the kids.
Moving forward is the full queen sized master bedroom with plenty of closet space and cabinets for storage Nice big bathroom with tub and shower Big kitchen and living area in the front with a fold out couch and dining area that converts to a bed as well. Theres plenty of room in this camper and its in nice condition but will need some repairs It was being used regularly last summer season and everything works. Heat,hot water, AC, plumbing, etc. The fridge is missing but an electic fridge will fit in the space
Please bid only if you are SURE YOU WANT THIS CAMPER and are able to do some basic repairs that are needed You can see in the pics some delamination on a ceiling area and one wall both due to a prior leak I would plan to recoat the roof as well with silver mobile home or RV roof paint Plan to bring a spare tire or two if a long trip, a floor jack and temporary lights as I dont know if the towing lights work You can buy towing lights for about 30 dollars at Lowes, Home Depot or most auto parts stores. NO RESERVE on this auction as I need to sell this camper and several others quickly.That said it must sell for a mutually fair price or I reserve the right to cancel sale. Bill of sale only-No title I am not expecting a high price sale just fair to both of us, which I am sure will work out to buyers advantage. Must be moved by April or sooner.
Its a good solid camper and although it will need some repairs, I know that all was functioning and camper was being used on weekends up until sept. of 2018. This camper is functional but as you can guess not perfect so bid accordingly. Will be a great bargain for someone willing to do a couple days work or use it as it is.
