Nice big master bedroom in the back with a comfortable queen bed with plenty of closet space and drawers /cabinets for storage Nice size bathroom with an large tub/ shower Plenty of storage in bathroom as well This camper is very roomy
Fold out couch with a nice table for 4 and a large lounge chair Big kitchen in the front of camper that opens into Living area Camper has AC and heat, hot water, all was working when we picked it up . Plenty of cabinets and counter space in the kitchen with a nice stove and oven, big sink and microwave, theres room for a full size fridge but it is missing. You can buy an electric fridge to fit in this opening for about 125.

Floors and ceiling are in very good shape, cushions are nice and all very presentable and usable The floor was repaired in the hallway and will need a piece of carpet (about a 2x3 area) the repair was smaller NO RESERVE High bidder gets it ! I expect this camper to be a good deal for buyer, especially this time of year. I am assuming this camper will sell for a fair price to both buyer and seller. I do have a low, minimum price that I expect and wont sell for less.

It"s not perfect but was well cared for and is still nice Expect some cleaning and some minor maintenance. Its ready to go camping or park where you need it Most of the windows and latches, emergency exits, most screens etc. are in good condition Trailer tows nicely. Frame is very solid Axle and springs are in good shape. Tires are roadable, rims are good and bearings have been checked. I pulled it about 25 miles recently with no problems.
I towed it 25 miles recently with no problems and would not hesitate to tow it anywhere, any distance with a spare tire I used temporary lights to tow it home and new owner should plan to do same. I don"t know if the towing lights work. You can get temp lights at Lowes, walmart and most auto parts stores. Title provided upon full payment and pick up of camper
