1989 37 foot Pace Arrow. Front and rear air as well as front and rear heat, Power levelers, new battery"s, new wipers excellent tires, 454 GM motor, Washer and Dryer.62000 miles. Has an Onan generator that starts and runs great but needs a regulator.Just pressure washed and inside cleaned. Cab air has to be charged. Cab heat works great. Has a large bathe room with tub and shower wit room to move around in it and get dressed. Was the top of the line in 89. Has some normal sun fading. It runs and drives very nice Will post more pix later or if you need any specific let me know. Did have a leak in the left rear corner bedroom but was repaired .All normal RV issues.Due for roof reseal at the end of this year. Has front and bedroom televisions. Cab stereo as well as full house stereo and CD players.3 way frig, microwave. Gas stove with oven.Lots and lots of in and out storage.
