Low, low miles: 63K! Goodyear tires, size 8R19.5, like new. Ladder for easy access to roof. Onan Emerald III GenSet generator. 2 air conditioning units. Built-in TV and VCR. CB radio. Some cosmetic damage on driver side rear outside, may need mending/caulking. Purchased at auction. Condition unknown. No apparent leaks. Utilities look good, but have not been tested.
