This has been meticulously worked on for reliability and comfort in a smaller RV. This is the rare model with the rear living room AND Onan generator that has just over 100 hours and has been recently serviced. This is the most workable interior of all 22 footers. Big bay windows in back and a big area to gather during the day. You can back it up to the best part of the campsite for maximum views etc. All floors have been redone, carpet even redone in drivers area, hardwood plank in kitchen and bathroom, and carpet in living room. All furniture was in too good a shape and left alone. This RV has just over 70,000 miles. The electric system includes a xantrex 1800 watt inverter and two deep cycle 6 volt batteries wired in series for 12 volts, with shutoff, to power outlets and audio tv system off the grid for hours on end. All lighting has been converted to power saving LED. When batteries are low you can also kick on the generator. I like to camp in the non hookup more nature oriented areas, so you run the genny in the late mornings to recharge for a couple hours, or if your making coffee, then shut it off and you have power all day. Flat screen tv, custom 1200 watt surround sound with bose speakers and subwoofer. Under counter coffee maker, new microwave, Dish network dome satellite dish on roof with an installed owned receiver. The roof was resealed a couple years ago, there are no leaks to the inside and no leaks on the outside. air conditioner in dash and roof work perfectly the dash ac has a new compressor etc. Custom ventilated machined aircraft aluminum black covers on entertainment system. 3year old refrigerator, New water heater, new toilet, new water pump. There are no leaks and engine (350) runs perfectly. Trans shifts smooth, all fluids belts changed last year. We took this to Yosemite as well as other day trips and operates flawlessly. Exhaust system redone as well. . ALSO. a newer item, there are two mono crystalline 175 watt solar panels on room including a high end solar charge controller integrated into the power system. There is a group of folks looking for these, the best class c rv"s made, one at a time in California for many decades. If you are looking don"t pass this one up, they can be expensive to do the things that will need to be done if they are stock, and this one Is done. And it is the rare small generator model. I looked for a year to find it, and then did all of this to it. only to sell now. Clean title in hand and ca smogged Partial list in last couple years. There is a little rust under the front winshield (no leaks inside) and some minor spots of rust on bumpers which can be touched up. The small window above the sink in kitchen has some cracks. The underside is clean and the motorhome is of course aluminum as far as the body, which is why these are so sought after. It is not perfect and is being sold as is where is. Having said that it runs like a top and look at the pics for an honest description. This is ready to go camping NOW. .
