This top of the line 1991 26.5" Class C model M-26 by Lazy Daze is a well cared for, turn-key condition RV with amazingly low 64k miles. With the solid E-350 Ford chassis, strong 460 V8 EFI engine it always starts quickly, hot or cold, shifts smooth, runs and brakes strong, and runs at a normal temperature no matter what the outside is. The tires are around 75% tread, and the Ford chassis has all the nice features like PL, PW, and Cruise Control. The A/C works good and was converted to R134A in 2017 for easier maintenance. The compressor, evaporator, and accumulator were all replaced. Just recently it was evacuated, put under vacuum and leak tested, and recharged by weight with synthetic freon to make sure it has the proper fill. All the major systems are in excellent condition: Mechanically, electrically, and plumbing. Being a SouthWest unit the underside is very clean. The very low miles means all the drivetrain (engine, transmission, brakes, driveline, differential) is still in excellent condition. It has 12 total seating positions, sleeping for 6, and has almost all the options you can think of. The unit also has an amazing amount of storage, and has good kitchen counter space for a unit this size. The rear lounge is what makes this floorplan so desirable and sought after. There is an amazing 180 degree view out the back windows. The dual sofas give a wonderful living area, and if needed fold down into either 1 bed and 1 sofa, 2 twin beds, or 1 extra large king size bed. Even with both sofas converted, the rest of the coach is fully accessible, unlike the mid couch floorplan. The bathroom door also latches open which allows the privacy to the whole back area. The bathroom is also well designed and very well appointed. The coach is powered electrically by 2 deep cycle 6-volt batteries. The strong hitch receiver gives flexible towing options, or can be used for bike/cargo rack.
