Beautiful, RARE 23.5" Lazy Daze Rear Lounge being offered for sale with NO Reserve! This little jewel is one of the most sought after, fully self contained rigs on the market. To call this coach coach "clean" in an understatement, looks, runs and drives MUCH newer than the year on the title, and only has just over 100k miles. This classic has been very well maintained and cared for, NON-Smoker owned. Lazy Daze models are designed to be able to boondock for up to 14 days with proper systems management. This rig is great for National Parks, State Parks, and smaller campgrounds. Excellent for vacations or traveling workers. Comes equipped with rear receiver hitch and wiring for towing. Sleeps 4 comfortably, front/overhead bed measures 56" x 80", rear sofa-bed fold out to 46" x 74". Upgraded Kenwood AM/FM/CD/Media receiver. HWH Hydraulic Leveling system. Great kitchen space with a pantry (rare option I"m told) and a LOT of storage. I typically only deal with Airstreams, and am not generally impressed by other manufacturers, but this one really surprised me, definitely a quality built little rig, and they don"t make em" like this anymore. Really a very well designed class C, feels really open and larger than it"s 23.5" when you"re inside. Lots of windows and natural light, you won"t feel claustrophobic with the panoramic views from every seat in the lounge.

If you come to see it or pick-up in person, we can do paperwork scan/email, and practice social distancing. NOT by choice, but because here in the great state of AZ if you buy/sell more than 3 vehicles (of any kind) in any 12 month period, you have to get a license. I am in real estate, but also a classic car and Airstream nut, I also have a ranch, horses, trailers, etc. . let"s just say I bought and sold a few too many for the state"s liking, and due to the fact that they need revenue desperately- they decided to fine me when I sold a few more that what I"m "allowed", long story short- I jumped through all of their hoops and got my license 14 years ago. Full payment is due within 7 days of the auction"s end, and the coach must be picked up within 15 days of payment (unless other arrangements have been made). Certified funds, cash in person or bank wire-transfer only. Payments MUST clear before the RV leaves my sight. There are no "title fees" or "doc fees" like the typical dealers have because as far as I can tell, that"s just a way to get an extra couple hundred dollars from someone, here in AZ it costs me $15.00 to get a temporary registration so that a buyer can drive home legally and $4.00 for a title, I think I can handle that.
