* * Note - this is a relist as the last buyer was not able to complete transaction. He was happy with the way it drove and the mechanical condition of the rig, but realized how big the unit is and the amount of work to modernize its interior look. To get it ready for his cross-country trip we had it fully serviced with all fluids and filters changed and a full grease job. Please enlarge pictures so that you can see really good detail on the unit THE DEPOSIT IS NO-REFUNDABLE BECAUSE IT COST $125 TO POST FOR SALE HERE. You are welcome to inspect and call me for any questions. - one thing we found when previous buyer was looking over is the bright light stayed on, I will have my guy look at it to see if we can have repaired before sale ends. CAT DIESEL ENGINE, 79K MILES
I bought this RV for a command center on a job I was working. I drove it in about 6 months ago from Oklahoma and then when job was finished I drove it to my warehouse where I store it inside. I have never used it for living or leisure trip. I have used the washer and dryer, stove, a/c, gen, shower, stove quite a bit. I do not use the toilet because the flusher pedal sticks. Mechanically it is in very good shape with no oil leaks. I start it once every few weeks and it starts before the engine makes even one revolution. I have only used the water hose connection and have not used the storage tanks, it does have some small leaks I can see drips under it with the water on. Does not appear to be anything big. The inside is in good shape with a very expensive queen mattress in the back. Will need to be updated to be really nice - still has carpet in in and its crappy but might be able to be steamed cleaned. This is all the things I know about it. If you have questions please call me and I will gladly take a look for you. I am not an "RV" person so I don"t know what all a prospective buyer might be looking for. Thanks - Rick
