This Holiday Rambler Imperial is one of a kind. A very rare "Classic" Class A! In Its day it was considered the Rolls Royce of motor homes. Solid oak wood thru out. All aluminum, air craft grade exterior. No leaks ever! *Now for the goods: I HAVE SPENT OVER $40,000 in mechanical repairs and replacements! Practically everything underneath from bumper to bumper has been replaced or repaired! Pretty much everything under the hood has been replaced including, but not all: BRAND NEW CHEVY 454 CRATE MOTOR with aprox. 1500 miles on it, re-built transmission,Carburetor, Distributor, In-dash AC unit, new hoses, belts, spark plugs/wires, etc. .too much to list. 8 BRAND NEW MICHELIN TIRES COST OF $5400! I have all receipts, about 20 pages. This coach is excellent condition. All systems work at this time. Most lights have been converted to Led"s. The interior is in excellent condition. I left the interior original because it holds its value for collectors. If I were too keep it, I would probably update cushions and curtains and paint. I have all manuals/binder for appliances including ice maker and generator. The generator has recently been serviced which includes new starter and fuel pump. Custom front window/windshield insulated curtains included. The awning looks brand new. A real head turner! People walking by the coach in campgrounds and parking lots always make awesome comments about it. I would consider a offer of at least $21,000.
