Vehicle description
as is. I generally won"t be able to answer very specific questions as I don"t know much about the history of this.
NOTE: - There is an engine but it does not turn, and I do not know what"s wrong with it. I assume the transmission is intact too, but again, just take that on good faith. - You will need something larger than your normal sized tow truck to move it (but what do i know). - There is air in the tires. - I cannot comment on the A/C since nothing starts. - Make/Model: 1988 Holiday Rambler Imperial. Dry weight is 6001 pounds. - Pickup is near the NOVA Annandale campus. - Please don"t ask me if it"s available. This existence of this post will state that. If you are interested in seeing this, send an email with your name/number/time that you will be in the general area. - Condition: Poor to way below poor. You"ll be picking this up as is. Let"s not waste anyone"s time. It"ll take an arm and a leg to get this refurbished, but maybe someone out there wants to do so. - I might be able to help with towing costs. "Might" being the keyword.
Answers to recent questions: - Is the owners manual /manufacturer documentation available? Not that I"m aware.
- Is the unit weather tight? I have no idea, but I didn"t see water from the recent rain.
- When was the unit last run? I have no idea either.
- is it still available? Yes. and I will remove the posting when it"s taken.
-What does the inside smell like? Like a car that hasn"t been driven and/or cleaned in ~7 years.
- What are the dimensions? about 30 feet long. pretty tall, and pretty wide. it should still fit in a lane though.
- Sorry for those homeless people that are reaching out to me but I don"t think you"ll be able to live in this unless you put a lot of work into it and my unqualified analysis is that it"s going to take a lot.
