We wanted to price this very reasonably because our family no longer needs it and we want it to go to a Great Home.
Highlights:
* ROOF IS ALUMINUM WITH NO LEAKS. * SIDING IS ALL ALUMINUM, NO LEAKS. * ALL SOLID FLOORS, WALLS, AND CEILINGS. * MOSTLY ALL ORIGINAL INCLUDING MOST INTERIOR WALLS. * ELECTRICAL WORKING * 4 Newer Steel Wheels on it * Tows Great even at 70 Mph. Smooth over the road. * Comes with Original Manual. * This Camper is High up off the Ground but has built in steps. * Steel Frame has been inspected by a Welder and Metal Fabricator who has a College Degree and it passed all inspections. We can send more pictures also.
* There are so many uses for these Vintage Campers! Lots of people like to have Campers to put as a Guest house outside their home. Some people use them to travel to other states with and being a 5th Wheel research shows it tows better than the standard hitch. Some people want these campers to turn more into Tiny Houses or to live in. We think something like this is way more affordable than some of the "Tiny Houses".
* * It"s Possible to use this camper as an *Airbnb Business. Some people may not of heard of * Airbnb * but it"s a website that works with people who rent different places to people. We are seeing some things similar to this renting for $100 a night and up. So there is Possibility someone would want this to start an Airbnb Business. There are many videos on YouTube that talk more about Airbnb but from what we read it can be a Profitable Business.
* Electrical working inside of it. Also has 2 Electrical Plugs outside of it near the entry door. It"s a 110 Volt plug in so that makes it easy to use. All of the Exterior is Aluminum including the roof and underside. Roof is Solid and I walked on all of it and it supports my weight of 160 Lbs well.
* Very Clean inside * Front Bed Area will Fit a Queen or King Size Mattress. * Dining Table folds down into bed, also another air mattress can be set up on the floor area to sleep 6 people comfortably.
We bought this awhile ago from our friends who were a couple and they often slept in this at a campground where it was located. They were working at the campground at the time. They didn"t have anything bad to say about this camper except the tail lights were not working. We had Brand New Tail Lights (with built in turn signals) installed and they have a 3 prong plug. They are working and Brand New. They said the roof top air conditioner was working but we didn"t use it (it does turn on).
Overall in Great Condition! Mostly All Original including most walls. Previous owner redid the front wall and replaced inside wall covering. We think he did a great job on it, it looks professionally done.
* ALL FLOORS ARE SOLID! The bathroom floor had a covering over it but someone has taken that off. IT"S VERY SOLID TO WALK ON. Appears to be Original, probably 3/4 plywood. (Can be used as is. We are seeing stick on vinyl flooring at Home Depot for less than $1 per sq. foot. It"s less than 20 sq. Feet).
* This Camper has a Brand New Hot Water Heater! ! The toilet is hooked up to a tank. It has the 2 tanks on it where the water drains to but it does not have the tank where the water comes from. The toilet does flush and we can show you how to do that. (Honestly We like Composting Toilets! Saw one online for $60). Composting toilets are best for stationary Home Use when parked. Both tanks can be emptied when full. This camper had a Fresh water holding tank that would of ran to the shower, all sinks, and to the toilet. That Fresh water tank has been removed by a previous owner. There is a possibility to remedy this by just using a portable fresh water tank. *Many of them have a spigot. I"m seeing a Coleman 5 Gallon water tank for $17 New online. I"m also seeing a 7 Gallon water holder for $15 online. I"m seeing a 30 Gallon Fresh water holding tank for $57 New online. (this kind could be hooked up to a small pump to run to a DIY sink). There is also a Foot Pump sink I"ve seen in Tiny House videos. There are many options when it comes to water. Some people won"t care about running water and use other facilities (Main House, Campground Bathrooms, etc).
All original bathroom walls and ceiling. There was some slight waviness in a ceiling panel right above the shower from condensation from using the shower. Pretty much it was barely noticeable (probably less than 6 inches across but we put a fresh coat of paint with primer over it. Bathroom and entire camper smells good. Even our mom said the camper smells good inside.
* * WE WANT TO DISCLOSE EVERYTHING * *
Due to Regular Use of this camper parts of the Aluminum Exterior were showing some slight signs of wear in the paint. Parts of the Exterior have recently been painted with Professional Indoor Outdoor Paint. It"s a Semi Gloss Paint and should hold up well for many years to come!
Also interior top lights not working although all outlets are working. Could be a fuse or able to use a lamp or other lights and hook them up directly to an outlet.
Note: This camper does Not come with the Ford F-350. Does Not come with Counter top oven, the portable 2 burner green Coleman Propane Stove, or the Mini Fridge. Comes with the 5th wheel attachment mounted to the camper but not the 5th wheel in the bed of the truck. We have looked a lot at 5th wheel hitches and we installed the CURT 5th Wheel Base rail system (seeing one for $90 New online). We use a Reese 16,000 LB. Fifth Wheel Trailer Hitch (seeing one New online for $356). Because the Fifth Wheel hitch can be removed from the base rails it"s also interchangeable with a Gooseneck Hitch. And the Gooseneck Hitch can be valuable to have for Heavy Equipment trailer towing. There are companies that move 5th wheel trailers also. Also does not come with the pictures but the New Owner can add their own Personal Touches and Decoration to Make it how they want it!
This camper has been around since 1987 and it"s still Together, Usable, and in Great shape overall. We think that says something about CREE Campers and they made campers from 1945 to 1992. WOW! ALMOST 50 YEARS!

ps. if this camper was in better condition and updated we would of listed it for $8,000 or more. We Love looking at the AIRSTREAM trailers, TINY HOUSES, and Camper Vans! We like the Ford Transit Vans and Mercedes Benz Sprinter Vans although they offer way less room than this travel trailer. And some camper vans can cost a few more dollars than this. We wanted to be reasonable with the price and leave it to the buyer to decide what they change on it if anything. We tried to show everything in the pictures.
Any Questions, just ask :)
