This is a fixer upper but could be a great restoration project. The camper itself is 12ft and with the tounge it is 14ft. This camper has been primarily used as a hunting trailer for the past many years. The front of this camper is pretty nice but the rear has had a lot of wood replaced and as you can see the outside metal is separating. In essence what you see is what you get. The stove has not been tested and there is no propane tanks or water tank. The housing where the lights sit in the rear are rusted out. The electrical could not be used as is and this would need 2 new tires to be trailered. Thanks and please ask any questions-
