Rare 1985 Cree 22ft Travel Trailer - Project Camper, Car Hauler, Enclosed Trailer, Storage Trailer, Hunting or Tiny House Project. Rare combination of fiberglass shell with all aluminum siding. Trailer is 25 ft with hitch and has safety chains with a 5/16 ball . All windows and glass are intact with screens, one rear side window is plexiglass. 2 sun roofs with top missing to one. Dual propane tank holder. Refrigerator with small freezer in top works on both electric and propane. Air conditioner works very well. Toilet is fairly new, tub shower and sink in bathroom in good shape. Freshwater tank under bed, with both Gray and Black holding tanks underneath and a Shurflo water pump. Hot water tank and lines were disconnected and capped off. Stove was removed to increase counter top space with has small double sink. Had a flipped leaf spring conversion to raise the trailer to keep back end from scraping on sloped ends of driveways etc. The bad- Dent in siding on side, front door damaged but works, rear door has soft spot,roof was replaced but the seam when not checked had leaked in some rain so basically the entire interior ceiling panels need replacing, possibly some insulation, some interior walls in kitchen and rear bedroom need replaced and a small soft spot in the floor in the front and rear corners, interior ceiling lights need replaced. Roof seam needs flex tape and flex seal or roof patch. One tire has a slow leak -however they are somewhat dry rot and will need to be replaced, they will make it to where you are taking it- a spare tire included. Main circuit broke and replacement is in the camper but not put back in. Some water damaged cabinets along kitchen wall need to be removed. No furnace however vents are installed.The most damage is interior ceiling and some walls and small spots in 2 places of the floor in the corners. Nice heavy duty metal frame. Overall, it has some things going for it but will take some work to restore to camper or converted to enclosed trailer, storage trailer or dismantled for a car hauler or tiny house project. Buyer must pick up within 14days.
