Mechanically sound 1987 Chevy Pace Arrow 34" motor home. 454 Cu in 400 turbo trans. This RV has only 44,702 miles.Tires are good. Tons of outside storage below. 2 rooftop AC units that get the interior ice cold. They can only be run together if you are using the on board generator. New floor installed last year. Recently reseal of entire roof. No leaks. Fresh battery The are 3 additional secondary batteries connected up front. Front tow package installed for boat launching,ect. Rear tow package as well. Back up camera installed and works well. No cracks in dash. Swing out TV and a DVD player will be included. Both work well, New AM/FM/CD player installed with remote. All speakers working front to back. Generator turns over but may need service.I haven"t checked into it. Awning is in good shape. There are a couple small pinholes close to the roof when fully opened. It has an auto outside step, but it is unhooked. The steps can be opened and closed manually. All plumbing works as it should. The unit was switched over to a new electric hot water heater which is installed under cooking area. Tons of interior storage,(see pictures) Interior is in great overall condition for its age. There are a couple, nicks and scuffs. The seats and couch material is in above average condition. Still soft and pliable no tears or stains. All pictures are recent. Large oversize microwave, fridge, all functioning properly. Toilet works, separate shower stall. Dash and door panels in great shape. It has a built in hydraulic leveling system . The joysticks are by the driver side seat on the floor by the door. Was tested and works well. 3 burner stove and double sink. Front seats are good, no rips or fading. This RV is very dependable and is easy to drive. Dash ac turns on, but will need to be recharged. The heat was working, but it will need a new wall thermostat they area around $20 on ebay. The LP tank on unit needs to be filled. The entrance area steps were redone last year. All manuals and booklets are included. Please look at all of the pictures, as they are recent and tell the story about the condition.
The following needs attention:
back bedroom corners had a previous leak that was fixed. the material on the walls is brittle and pcs hanging/falling off.(see pics)
There is lamination on the outside back area on drivers side, Molding needs to be re tightened and resealed (see pictures)
