This 1998 Fleetwood Pace Arrow 36S sits on the Ford V8 Chassis, has great floor plan with lots of living space in every area of this Pace Arrow. Large TV in the front, Jack knife sleeper sofa and table and chairs. Large kitchen with stove/oven, microwave, double bowl kitchen sink, LP / Electric refrigerator & freezer and loads of counter space and storage for cooking supplies and food. In the bathroom there is a shower with skylight and vanity and sink and private toilet area. Has tankless water heater.The rear bedroom has a walk around rv queen bed, large mirrored wardrobe area in bedroom. Setting up the Pace Arrow is a breeze, comes with leveling jacks . Be sure to pack all you want with large outside storage. This coach is perfect for families or a group of friends to share the adventures of the open road. Front tires have about 1000 miles, rear about 500. Receipts and records since ownership in 2010. Recently added. .Maxx a/c cover, PowerGear hydraulic stabilizer controller,mattress, house and starter batteries, table and chairs and sofa. Has a 55" LED Tv, Yamaha speakers/ subwoofer, Aiwa amplifier. Roof has been coated 5 or 6 times since 2010. Carpet just cleaned. The rear bumper is twisted, it happened on the first gas fill up, I didn"t know to "turn wide". It caught the gas pump protector. No generator or canopy, I bought it that way. Rear A/C unit has a new starter capacitor installed, but it just clicks, it worked fine before that. Front unit works well. Shower door shattered when I tried to adjust it. I always hooked up and never needed the LP gas, I don"t know if it works. Also the door handle to the LP gas fell off, so a pliers might open it. Ford chassis with 460 V8. Runs great, new spark plugs and wires installed about 1000 miles ago. I bought with about 75000 miles on it. It now has 79700.
