1986 Airstream Argosy 33 foot Aluminum RV in really nice shape with the exception of some wear and tear that comes with its age.
The A/C was recently replaced and cost $1,100.00.
Four new tires, lugs and rims and vinyl floors.
All gas appliances have been replaced with electric, including the water heater.
It has been used as a living quarters for my mother in law, so it is set up more like a mobil home than a travel RV. I would not recommend it for as a travel trailer because of the granite counter top in the kitchen, regular toilet and glass sink in bathroom and electric conversion. (unless you would like to change all of that). There were 2 leaks towards the back since we have own it and it has been replaced and has not leaks at the moment. It has been under cover for 8 years out of the 10 years that we have owned it. We have a quality vinyl acrylic paint on the roof for maintenance. As you can see in the images the gas compartment has rust but the panel can be completely taken out and replaced. The granite by the sink has a crack that has been apoxyed. The body is really solid and I believe in very good shape with some minor wear on the paint and a couple of dings towards the back. The back level stabilizer area has rust but does not affect the frame. The frame appears to be in good shape. The bathroom toilet had a leak at one time and the subfloor was replaced. The pull out sofa is from El Doral furniture and it was an expensive quality sofa. The cabinets are in great shape and you can actually put a King latex mattress in the back. 2 twin mattresses are included. I want to be as transparent as possible so there are no surprises.
These are quality aluminum recreational vehicles that are meant to last a lifetime but it has it flaws. It is going to be difficult finding something like this. .like little tiny house of this quality for this price.
