Vehicle description
Total renovation completed in 2015, including: Exterior:
New axle – rubber torsion with self-adjusting 12” brakes. Upped weight rating from 4k lbs. to 5k lbs.
New shocks, hitch coupler and jack.
New wheels, hubcaps and trim rings. Goodyear Endurance tires installed 2018. Have 2 spare tires.
A/C replaced in 2017 with Coleman power saver, high efficiency unit.
All windows have new seals and adjuster stops. Entrance door has a new seal.
New city water inlet, propane tanks regulator, license plate light and housing. Gas line to Refrigerator.
Interstate marine/RV battery about 3 years old – always maintained with new cables and cut off switch.
Underbelly in great shape.
A $6000 paint job was done in 2006 with Emron automotive paint – done right.
Gets waxed twice a year. Covered in winter. Top is coated with Coolseal.
The top end caps are galvanized steel and have been touched up several times (the rest of the body is aluminum) . Interior:
New Progressive Dynamics 45-amp, 3 stage smart converter/battery charger.
New fuse box with automotive style fuses.
New Suburban 19k BTU heater with new vents and tubing. New thermostat and carbon dioxide detector.
New RV factory countertop with new stainless double sink and faucet. New stainless 2 burner cooktop.
New stainless microwave oven. New vent fan motor over cooktop.
All interior lights are LEDs except the bathroom, which is super bright.
Kenwood 50-amp stereo with aux. input, Sirius and Pandora ready. New Polk Audio speakers.
New ceiling variable speed/direction vent fan.
Shower pan and control panel refinished by RV dealer. New shower head with cutoff switch.
Pex water lines run to the bath and kitchen. New shower backwall installed.
Toilet and black water holding tank replaced in 2007.
