New HT383 crate motor with new radiator, water pump, alternator, power steering pump. hoses, new starting and coach batteries, and starter. .New FITech fuel injection. .complete new front brakes. .built in grill. .inside and outside Kenwood stereos. .diamond plate everything, outside shower. .good tires. .6000 watt Honda generator. .15000 BTU AC with heat strip. .Sink, shower, toilet. .Checkered flag pop up, awning mat and motorcycles NOT included.

The garage is 9" x 7" 11". .the box for the outside grill protrudes into the space and it is only 6"6" wide at that point.
The RV is NOT set-up to tow a car, and it is really not feasible to tow much with this set-up.
The new motor has less than 1000 miles on it. .not even broken in.
MPG is between 5 and 8 depending on how heavy you are loaded. .how fast you drive. .and whether or not you have a headwind.
Most side by sides are too big and heavy for this set-up. . most golf carts will fit. .ramp/door has a 1000 # limit.

I built this for "dry" camping at motorcycle rallies. .a few things would have to be changed if you want to camp at an RV park. .IE the inside shower just drains on the ground. .simple fix if you need it.
It has 2 gas tanks. . a 32 gallon and a 40 gallon. .the 40 gallon is primarily for the generator. .but the engine can run off it in an emergency. Water tanks are 45 gallons fresh, 30 grey, 10 black
The dash air does not work. .I have been lazy about fixing it since I never use it. .I installed a new compressor with the new engine. .I found a set of NOS hoses for which are obsolete. .the only thing it needs is an evaporator. .which is $57.
