What a nice older motor home, with 31,270 original miles. It is 33 ft. long. We are selling this because a 89 year old couple has recently donated it, to our Christian Non-Profit organization, to further the ministry. They bought it from the original owners in 1992. They kept it in very good condition, and well maintained, with all the receipts, of the work they have had done. But they used it very little. It comes with the Refrigerator/ Freezer. Microwave, a Wine Cabinet ( On the right side, behind the passenger seat) Bathroom in the middle, with closets, across from it. Separate shower, next to toilet. A/C & Heat. The double bed in the back, has a full dresser with drawers, opposite the bed. The front couch, makes into a bed, but not a hide-a-way. The colors are of the 70"s Gold" and Cinnamon Brown. It was really taken care of, and Clean with NO MUSTTY SMELLS. NO Leaks. Lots of Room. Everything should work, as it did when they stopped using it. The last smog was done in 2014, and passed. The receipts, show new Radiator, tires, tune ups etc, but tires, are over 10 years old. Being sold AS IS. We have all the receipts, and Pink Slip in hand. It was put on Non-Op in June, of 2015, and not driven since then. We got a permit to drive it to our house, and it drove good. We tried to register it, but DMV, said the owners would have to do it, and also show proof of Insurance. Well this couple doesn"t need any stress in their life. So DMV said, when we sell it, the buyer can get a one day pass to move it, they register it, and get their own insurance on it. . To take it off NON-OP in California will be $86.00. No Smoking. Pink Slip in Hand Or move it . . and use as a small house. It comes with all the original manuals, but we haven"t had the time, with just moving it, to really check all the small stuff out. You are buying it AS-IS where it is. We will not deliver, or get a transporter to do it. You will need to make all plans yourself. We will require a PayPal Deposit, then the Balance Certified Check from Known Bank, made out to the NON-Profit, we tell you, after the sell.
