Part of an Estate Sale . Title in Hand. Feel free to contact me for testing and inspecting before purchasing. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * I tested a few things before listing. . All the appliances that I tested work (Stove top, refrigerator/freezer, microwave). Overhead A/C works, Water heater works, interior lights all turn on, generator fires up and powers everything. The only thing I tested and was unable to start was the furnace. I can"t get the pilot to light. This was my late grandpa"s RV. It was relocated and driven 60 miles to store at my uncle"s house in the first week of December. No problems that I am aware of.
