There"s a lot of info here, but read it cause it just may answer some of your questions.
From my knowledge and researching, this camper is pretty much completely original - cushions, curtains, upholstery, floors, walls, appliances, bathroom, awning - EVERYTHING. One of the things that made me purchase this, is there is a binder FULL of all of the original brochures and user manuals for ALL of the appliances and whatever else you can think of that came in the trailer. Lots of receipts for minor purchases over the years as well.
Selling because we are moving & I have a "71 Aristocrat TT also.

When purchased, I was told all appliances work. The only thing I"ve done is plug the electric into the house (electric works) and ran water in kitchen sink and bathroom.
* as mentioned camper seems all original & unmolested * original hanging divider/privacy curtain included * original bathroom complete w/ shower curtain, wall paper, sink, toilet, shower head, etc * original oven & stove, plus the stove top cover that offers more counter top space * original fridge & ice box * additional tables flip-up for use at couch & fold down when not in use * kitchen table breaks down into bed, sleeps 2 adults * cabinets above kitchen table folds down into a bunk to sleep 1 small child * couch slides out to sleep 2 adults * bunk above couch sleeps 1 small child * LOTS of storage and large closet next to bathroom * double propane canisters are a great size
* floor feels solid when walking * roof looks clean, no patchwork up there. Previous owner went a little silicone crazy around windows and some other areas * tows super easy
Please remember you are bidding on and buying a 40+ year old piece of history that has probably lived it"s whole life outside.
* At one point - the wall at goucho couch (back bed) has rot/soft areas in both lower corners. (see photo above)
* Plus the curtains back there do show some water stains.
* A couple of the window opening torque knobs are broken, but I"ve seen them online to replace. * The fender/wheel well areas are cracked but still there and attached. * Cushions will need to be recovered, fabric is splitting in random areas. Maybe some of it is reusable.
* Not sure what condition awning is in, have not opened it due to where it"s parked.

Last inspection was 2017 and bearings/tires passed.
