Beautiful Class C Motorhome that has been a rehab project of mine for the past year and a half, but do not have the time to finish. Runs great with many improvements
AVAILABLE FOR PICK-UP ONLY Under the hood: -Only 34,000 miles -Brand new radiator, water pump, temperature gauge, hoses, thermostat -Previous owner installed a new carburetor and I have since installed a new fuel filter -Tires are in great condition. -Recently changed oil/filter with added Lucas oil treatment -New battery RV rehab thus far: -New A/C roof unit -Resealed Roof -Resealed skylight with new stainless steel screws -cleaned J-rail trim -Resealed windows with new butyl tape and new screws -remove cracked vinyl insert trim and resealed entire trim -gutted inside walls and re-insulated with Rigid polyisocyanurate boards and foam spray insulation -Removed rotted wood and reframed Have had systems checked by RV mechanic: -Gray, black, and fresh water tanks are good/no leaks -Water pump works and pressurizes -All 110 Volt outlets work -12 V converter and circuits work -Refrigerator works and is included with RV What needs work still: -LP system still needs new lines and be repaired -Water heater most likely needs to be repaired or replaced -Furnace may need repair -New paneling and cabinetry -New toilet and shower lines It"s a beautiful, classic motorhome that is currently a blank slate and can be tailored to whatever design or style you desire. Great DIY project.
