This is a nice trailer that needs some TLC as its been sitting for 10+ years since last used. Water tight and the floor seams solid. Its dated and needs to be updated as the only thing that I have done is to put new tires on it. Great to redo as a project or fix up and use as it is. Clear title and the trailer is located outside of Houston, TX if you want to view it. I have a lot more photos if you want to see more. I have all the original manual"s that go with this trailer.
