I purchased this trailer in 2013 from original owners. Trailer was serviced at Woodland Travel in G.R., MI its entire life. Winters in FL and summers in MI. Woodland did renovations totaling approx. $7,000 (see invoice) of bamboo wood flooring, kitchen sink, counter top, 3-burner grill, Sharp carousel oven.tv and wiring. LED ceiling and bathroom lights. I didn"t keep the original interior wall décor. Dealer instructed me on the proper way to paint: apply first coat in oil-based paint, then two coats of latex.I lived in this trailer in Northern MI 2013-2015 on a property on the Au Sable river. I had access to water and bathroom, so I never used the trailer"s. It had been winterized prior to my purchase. Furnace, fridge tv and all appliances work. I used the roof a/c while at dealer during renovation, but never used it at the river as I had no 220 hook-up. It worked and it is the original. Newer queen mattress. I replaced older 6V batteries with 12v. When I hooked up to 110, it burned out some LED lights, as wiring for 6 and 12 are different :( I never replaced them, as there is plenty of light with the existing ones. One good light in bathroom and one I took down to replace it. Trailer has been parked 2015-2020. I left some bluebeard insulation under the bed and because of typical Airstream "sweating," caused wood in back corner to slightly warp. Overall, wood floor is in excellent shape. I now live in Maine and just bought a home, so I no longer have need of Airstream. Trailer is in overall excellent shape for its age. Tires were new in 2012, have excellent tread with no dry tire rot (covered the entire time). Zip Dee awning is in excellent shape with no rips or holes I have been forthright in my description. Trailer has a clear title and is being sold "as is" with no warranties or guarantees.
