Condition The body on this Airstream is very straight and all windows are intact and in great condition! The tires are brand new. The interior of the trailer is gutted and is ready for your restoration. The bathroom, plumbing, electrical, vents, outlets, and tanks are still all there. The roof A/C has been replaced recently and is in excellent condition. This trailer is ready for your custom build! Payment and Pickup I accept a refundable deposit at the time of pucrhase. There is a lot of confusion about the Ebay process, and I want to help clarify. If you win the auction, you are agreeing to pay the bid price only if the trailer is as described . If you"re not happy with the trailer, your deposit will be immediately refunded and the transaction will be cancelled! I"ve been selling Airstreams for 7 years, and I"ve never had this happen. If there is a problem that arises with the trailer, we will immediately resolve it. I stand behind what I sell, and go the extra mile to make sure my clients are extremely satisfied with their Airstream purchase. If you have circumstances that will not allow you to pay for the trailer within 7 days of auction end, please contact me to discuss this prior to bidding.
Transport We have experience with transporting Airstreams all over the world. The delivery cost inside the US is roughly $1.25/ mile, but it can be cheaper depending on your location and the timing. The trailer can be transported a few different ways. The most common way is to use a hot shot service where the driver pulls it with a truck. The second option is to load it on a flatbed trailer. This option is typically more expensive. If you"re an international buyer, we can arrange the shipping. We will have your trailer transported to the nearest port and shipped via a roll on/roll off ship. In addition, w e are also happy to work with a transporter of your choice. Financing Unfortunately, we do not offer financing. There are a multitude of ways that you could finance an Airstream. One option is going through a bank to get a traditional rv loan, but this can be tricky. Large b anks typically loan on Airstreams that are less than 10 years old, although some will go up to 13. Your local credit union is more likely to help you on a vintage Airstream purchase than anyone else. I have included a list of possible lenders that work with RV?s as well as some additional lending options.
