All original 1972 super cool vintage camper! 4 bunks in rear and a double bed up front sleeps 6. 20 feet long. My family slept in this unit half a dozen times a couple of years ago and it was a lot of fun. We ran the electrical and the furnace off of a battery ( battery is long gone)I have never plugged it in to shore power. We did not fill the water tanks so I have no idea the condition of the water system but it looks to be in pretty good shape. The guy I bought it from stored it inside of a barn for many years so it has stayed super clean. The frame underneath is rust free and perfectly solid. There are some tears on the original upholstery And a couple of the window screens are torn. The inside door handle is broken off but works great( see picture) and there has been a repair to the rear left outside (see picture) Other than that everything seems to be present and functioning. We pulled this a total of about 200 miles with no problem. It will have 4 brand new tires on this camper by time of pick up. Comes with clear Colorado title. Must pick up within 7 days. Great candidate for full restoration or camp in it as is! I Included pictures of all four corners of the inside roof to show that there have not been any leaks at any time. There is some slight water damage under the front window from sometime in the past when Water must’ve come in through an open window but it has never had a leak from the roof. Being sold as is, what you see is what you get. No reserve, happy bidding!
