| “This trailer sat in the shade for 30 years. It looks like its mostly original. We moved it 80 miles last week after sitting 30 years and surprisingly the tires still had air in them and still hold air. The trailer lights worked. I have not washed it. This is how it looked after sitting 30 years. No musty smell at all. There was a leak from a branch hitting roof. The leak damaged some of the ceiling panel and side wall panel. See pictures. Looks like there was never even a mouse or insects in this trailer. The under bed, under sink and inside drawer pictures all have an incredibly clean appearance, as does most of the interior of camper. The brown marks of 2 cabinets are natural not water damage. No title.” |

This is a very restorable trailer. Very solid. No serious rust. I have not washed the trailer. The black marks did come right off siding with wet finger. The underside of bed is like new. Under sink area is clean looks like the screwdriver in picture and fuse has sat there 30 years. The electrical and plumbing all look very good. Looks like everything is original.
