Vintage 1969 19ft partially-restored Fan Camper, 2100lbs. Title in hand. Sleeps 2-4, dinette folds down into a bed and the couch pulls out. No leaks. Sink in kitchen works, toilet works, unsure about shower as I never used it though previous owners said it worked. Sink in bathroom needs pipe replaced, previous owners cut it. Propane was disconnected, though I believe hookups are still there. Original stove was removed as well, there currently is no stove though we have a portable CampChef Stove/Oven we’d be willing to give with the camper. Floor is in good shape, one panel on ceiling and a wall seem to be warped from heat as there seems to be no water damage or leaks. No heat/AC. Electric all works. Roof & tires are good.
