47 years old, 1971 Shasta Camping trailer. Still completely usable ,as is, or a great candidate for a retro restoration. Overall quite solid. No sign of ever having a roof or plumbing leak. This quite dirty and needs cleaning, if going to be used as is. Furnace, not original. Replacement is custom boxed in. Refrigerator, gas/electric At some point upgraded to 12v/120v 2 - 20 pound propane tanks 12 V Battery Awing, like new Bathroom and Shower in one compartment 3 burner Propane range 2" ball coupler Electric brakes Customized put in air conditioner. (don"t believe it works, fixable? ) Customized stabilizer jacks. Lots of Drawers and storage space Clean Title All windows and cranks are intact and work great. At some point roof was covered in what looks like canvas/fiberglass. Looks like it could use some touch up, but does not leak as is. The main draw back to this trailer is the draining system. The Grey tank appears to be just a pipe open to ground. The Black tank does not have an opening drainage valve. but has a metal lid with a gasket cover. (See Picture)Plumbing system would need some serious work. If price is agreed a non-refundable down payment o $200. would be required. Completion of sale would depend on buyers inspection at time of pick up. Possible delivery could be arranged, if within 500 miles of 48706. There would be an added non refundable charge of $1.00 per mile round trip. Paid via pay pal in advance. Again, balance due on trailer would be subject to buyers final inspection.
