Clear Texas title and tags good until May of 2019. Has a potty closet with a brand new, never used porta potty. Everything works and is ready to go glamping with many many brand new parts such as the kitchen, fridge, microwave, 10k btu AC, faucet, plumbing, 30amp electrical, sparkly light fixturesa round 7 pin connector for tail lights and even an electric tongue jack (you wil need a 7 pin connector on your vehicle). New tires and freshly packed wheel bearings. The couch/bed is new also and comes with new matching sheets and all the pillows and decor comes with it. Has a cute flower pot that attaches below the front window outside and is easily removed for travel. All tail lights and marker lights work great. No propane or stove but comes with an electric single burner (and has the microwave!) Still could use some love to make it better as there are still cosmetic things to be done but she is ready to go to the campground right now and also comes with the 30 amp power cord, water hose with filter, leveling jacks, wheel chocks, a tongue lock and all the keys and spare keys.
