Vehicle description

Lark vintage super cool classic camper Sold with no reserve
Folks Here is a Lark camper some where in the late 1960s to early 1970s I am unsure of exact year. So that is how you are buying. This is really a great little camper and is in pretty decent condition for the age. No matter who sees it. It does arouse there curiosity and they have to come and invite themselves in and see just how it is set up. Please read complete ad before bidding.
Description :
This again is a late1960s to early 1970s ?. This camper is all original and is set up with gas stove with oven, sink, refrigerator and freezer, nice dinette area and lots of nice clean cushions, screen door, and a bathroom with a toilet only, It is floor mounted and it is a electra magic by thetford has a pull valve to empty it, think its a composting toilet we have never used it. This camper has 3 different sleeping areas, 1 is the dinette table breaks down to a double bed style, and the couch area slides open to another double style bed, and above that bed is a drop out bunk bed nice size. This camper has a 14x14 ceiling vent in camper and is wired for a roof top air conditioner. Power inverter and long plug in cord. The camper body is 13 feet long and 7 feet 3 inches wide. This camper does have factory braking axle with electric brakes, and new tires. The total length of camper from bumper to tongue is 16 feet long.
Condition :
This is a very clean camper inside and has not had pets or has it been neglected to allow varmints to live in it. Really Folks you want a nice original camper to use just as it is, or restore this is a good one. Has the original paint on outside but does have some dings and dents and fading. original working windows, good roof, clean and nice comfortable cushions, interior paneling does have some weak areas where water or dampness has caused de lamination and warping issues (appears to be mostly confined to the corner areas) , ceiling is solid and looks pretty good, appliances counter tops, solid flooring still all original and intact. This camper does have working roof air condition unit that will go with it and was working fine before I removed it last year. Wanted to buy new outside plastic shell cover and clean it up and put it back in. But I never got the covers yet and therefore never put it back in. It has a regular 14x14 camper ceiling vent in its place, easy to remove and put roof a/c back in. The refrigerator works good and has working freezer as well. Gas stove works fine, rubber gas line shows its age good idea to replace the rubber section. I have never tried or used the water or plumbing or furnace in this camper not sure if they work or not, but should be ok. The camper does have a locking dead bolt door with key but no key to the original knob. Good screen door. The rear outside storage door and side panel storage doors do not have locks Guess they been removed. Camper appears to have at some point a few minor water leaks over the years, but looks like they were kept after. Has not leaked since I have owned it that I have ever seen. I will show you pictures so you can get the best description of what I am telling you. The areas mostly affected were the walls around front and rear corner areas. Roof looks good and outside metal panels look good but have fading . The under frame and tongue and axle all are very solid and good condition. The towing lights will need a new plug wired in and possible bulbs ? I never used the lights or electric brakes because of wire connection plug, so not sure if they work. I had always used a set of remote lights mounted on camper rear bumper. I have only towed and used this camper a few times and less then 100 miles since replacing the tires last summer with Brand new ones. Remember folks you are bidding on and buying a 45 to 55 year old piece of history that has probably been outside all its life. This camper tows super easy and very nice. All my pictures were taken in October of 2019 last time I used it.
