Interior has been mostly refurbished from frame up and has been outfitted with new gas stove/oven, gas furnace, gas hot water heater. These appliances are all brand new, and have never been used because a propane tank has not yet been installed. Camper has electric heater and ice-cold AC which can be utilized when hooked up to 30 amp service. Also includes brand new Deep Cycle Marine battery. This model also has a bathroom with shower, although no toilet is currently installed. Equipped with 30-gallon water tank. Some minor plumbing would need to be completed to make the bathroom fully functional. Trailer length is 18’ and lightweight at only 2880 lb. dry weight (350 lb. hitch wt.) which allows easy towing and maneuverability. Tires are in excellent condition, including spare tire which is brand new, never used. Also includes a full-size RV cover. Sleeps 2 adults comfortably or family of 4 cozily.
