This is a 1969 Shasta 1400 camper. This is a great roomy camper with the kitchen in the front that is great for camping in and is very comfortable. We really enjoyed camping with this camper, it is very easy to tow and is quite an attention grabber at campsites. This camper has always been in great shape, it was well taken care of by its previous owners. The camper has not been camped in since it has been freshly painted, new floor installed and decorated, so it is nice and fresh for you. This camper has a clean title in my name. The outside of the camper has been painted with oil based high gloss enamel paint. The outside metal of the camper has wear on it and some small dents, but nothing big, it has the wear you would expect for a 49 year old camper. The roof has been sealed with Kool Coat, an elastomeric waterproof covering. There is a new junction box for the exterior lights. The side lights are new. There is a new awning made of waterproof outdoor fabric, and everything you need for putting it up is in the storage underneath the dinette seating. The awning is easy to put up, it just slides on a metal track on the camper. It has new tires and the bearings were greased about a year ago. The black chairs under the awning are actually older chairs in fair condition, you can have them if you have room to take them. The cushions on the outside chairs are new and included. The Shasta wings are original and in great shape. The Shasta emblem by the front door is metal and original. The flooring inside the camper is new Pergo Premium with a 2 mm underlayment. Very durable and beautiful. All decorating items are included and brand new. The towels are brand new Calvin Klein. The dinette table comes down to make it into a bed. The couch can be used for another bed. The original cushions have been recovered. All the windows, except one, work. The roof vent is nonfunctioning. There is a wonderful screen door that has a functioning slide. All the windows have screens on them. There is an icebox that works very well. If you want to install a refrigerator after purchase, there is room under the stove, behind the gray curtain. There is a plug underneath for it. The electric works, there is a new light in the kitchen and three outlets. It is a 15 amp service that you can plug an extension cord into the side of the camper. There are battery operated puck lights under all top cabinets. There is a propane heater on the wall. If you would like to use it, it will need a new propane line installed by a professional, to make it safe. All other propane has been disconnected for safety, but could be made operational again. The table is original and in fantastic shape. The kitchen sink drains to underneath the camper. The faucets have not been tested. There is a nice closet with a little window, that you can hang your clothes in, or use for a porta-potti. There is no shower, but you could have one installed, there are large water tanks behind the wall. The counter is in good shape. There is plenty of storage in this camper. There is also a lot of storage in the freshly painted compartments under the seats and couch. The two drawers under the heater do not open easily, but the ones under the kitchen counter do and are freshly painted. This camper is located just off of Highway 81 in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. We are 1 ½ hours west of Washington DC. This camper must be paid for within 3 days of purchase, with Venmo or cash. You can arrange for pickup at your convenience or have a transport company come pick it up.
