Vehicle description
Up for sale is my food truck trailer. It is a vintage Shasta Trailer that has been gutted and redone. -Floor steel re-inforced. No rust or holes in underlayment. Brand new checker flooring -new frame work in walls -new electrical wiring and outlets -took out the appliances and stove (I still have it if you want it) -AC Works -painted new built cabinets, added shelving -added service window -New countertops -Sink and hot water heater -Comes with vintage awnings -Has 4 stabilizing jacks that have been welded onto frame Has a rack on the back for the generator (generator not included in sale, will consider selling) -lots of storage. I used this as a food truck trailer selling baked goods. There is NO kitchen equipment in the trailer. This trailer is best described as a serving trailer. If this is your intended use to cook food, check with your health dept. Here in NC you can not cook food without overhead vent and proper food storage system in place. -I have small wares (if interested) all items shown in pictures unless stated ARE NOT included in the sale. -DOES NOT come with logos or business brand/name. I have had those covered up/removed -trailer has been painted a matte black. It does have imperfections on the aluminum outside due to age and wear and tear - there are marks on the trailer door. -Original windows. Except for service window that was added and I have a back up for you incase it ever breaks. The service tray was also added under the service window, there is some chipping on the edge of the red paint. -The walls have been replaced with a wipe able surface appropriate for food sanitation use -11FT long and pulls great. Has new tires, the axle has been rebuilt. - Standard 30amp plug in for RV"s -the hook up to vehicle is a standard plug -The last time I used the trailer was in July. All the running lamps were functional. -Fresh water tank is about 20 gallons. Grey water is external into a portable container. Check with your health dept about grey water disposal. The only thing that went into the external container was from when we would wash our hands. Also, please DO NOT call or email asking if the price is firm. IT IS. The auction price listed is a starting point, I put a lot of sweat and tears into this trailer and it has a brand new rebuilt interior. THIS IS NOT A NEW trailer it is vintage. Frankly I want the person she goes to love and appreciate it. She has been well loved and very well taken care of.
Please ask questions PRIOR to bidding. Deposit required after winning bid. My phone number with any questions 910-401-7104. If you have under 15 feedback you can not bid. Message me if this is your situation. I will store the trailer for you within reason until you can make arrangements to pick up only until June 1st. Like I said before, check with your health dept if you plan on using it as a food trailer. Backing out after winning bid due to non compliance based off of info should have obtained prior is not a reason to cancel bid. IF you are driving a distance to pick up the trailer, the logistics are up to you. The trailer is being sold as is. And if because it is vintage (1969) and pulling it a long distance is concerning to you, take that INTO consideration prior to bidding. When I purchased it I pulled it to North Carolina from Oklahoma (2,000 miles). No problems. I have pulled it around my State no problems.
