I bought it a few years ago and we have enjoyed it. All electric. Combined Heat / Air-conditioning unit. Table converts to a bed. New (only one night"s sleep) double sized mattress. Loft area above the double size bed is like a hammock. My youngest child sleeps there. We slept 4 but it could possibly hold 5. New dorm sized refrigerator with small freezer. Plenty of storage.
