Trailer is 14 feet long bumper to tongue, and about 1500 lbs. Tows easily and straight. An almost complete renovation was done by the previous owner and I planned to finish but circumstances now force me to sell. When I bought it all lights worked and stove, not sure if after market refrigerator works. All wiring is in place, but at this time lights do not come on and I don"t have the time to trouble shoot it. Underbody was coated and is in excellent shape. All most all original woodwork and lights are intact. All windows are also original. The trailer is water tight and shows no sign of any previous water damage. Cushions were started but not completed. The design has an upper bunk that pulls out to a bed, a couch that also pulls out to a bed and the dinette also transforms to a bed. Possibility to sleep 6. The ceiling is 6"2" giving plenty of headroom and the ceiling above the bump up for upper bunk is 7" adding to the feeling of openness. This design is very cool and gives the trailer a feeling of spaciousness for its small size. There is a toilet, but no black water tank. Water tank is original and pressurized by a bike pump. As I don"t have the time to trouble shoot the systems, this is being sold "as is". My current situation forces me to sell this ASAP and therefore I am listing with no reserve price.
