Mobile Art Studio with new everything. Bathroom was removed, but we put in a new sink, and fridge. Drop down movie screen that retracts into ceiling. 3 Solar Panels on roof but also has new electrical for ground power. I build this studio literally from scratch over 3 years to sew in as my work space and by the time i finished my business had outgrown the space.
There are chalkboard walls for kids to draw on, a drop down movie screen hidden in the ceiling above the desk so if you roll the two seats at the desk over in between the benches they are flush so you can put a mattress and watch movies! New window screens & frames, custom everything (im an art major so we built everything ourselves).
Track for awning is fine we just never had one installed. Sink is not hooked up but tanks are under sink with all tubes, and connections purchased brand new, I just never hooked them up. Brand New Solar panels and 3 batteries installed. Purchaser must get an electrician/solar panel technician to come walk them through proper use and care for batteries and charge controller. Vintage lockers are included, they are bolted to the walls. New tires put on in 2016 but has been in the yard ever since. This is an IDEAL mobile art studio or a studio that could be placed in someones yard to work in. I did both.
