If your have been looking at new campers then you probably will not be interested in Felicity. She is 50+ years old. She is 13" long inside with a 3" hitch making her 16" long and 7" wide. She weighs 2000+/- lbs. Easy pull with mid size SUV. She is very compact but very efficiently designed. She has all new interior with plenty of charm, personality and is a joy to camp in. Her exterior is decorated with vinyl decals that can easily be peeled off. All electric with new 50 amp wiring. NO shower, NO flushing toilet, NO stove, NO air conditioner (with the windows open there is an incredible breeze) and NO holding tanks. She does have a hanging closet (where instant hot water heater is stored), refrigerator, electric fireplace, water closet with porta potty, twin day bed, crystal chandelier, sink, butcher block counter top, microwave, coffee/toaster oven/grill for frying eggs,etc., electric cooking unit and a nuWave cooking unit, 3/4 bed with storage across the bottom, (an air conditioner can be built in under the bed) We paneled the walls and ceiling for decorative purposes. NO leaks, NO rot.Tires good about 2.5 years old. If you have camped before you know there is usually a shower/restroom facility within 75 yards of your camp site. You also know you do not like to cook inside your camper! Much nicer to grill outside and eat outside! You may even like the porta potty better as there is no need for a stinky holding tank. There are minor touch up paint areas put off and now my health doesn"t allow me to do. Everything goes with and as is. Sacrifice sale due to illness. ALL reasonable offers considered.
